I've been facing a frustrating issue for over a week now. Someone keeps trying to log into my Microsoft account, and I keep receiving push notifications from the Microsoft Authenticator app. It's driving me crazy! I've secured my account by turning on all the available security features, which should prevent anyone from accessing it, but these notifications just won't stop. I reached out to support, and all they suggested was to secure my account and turn off the push notifications. However, I need those notifications for my school accounts, so it's not a feasible solution. Is there anyone else who is experiencing these constant login requests every hour? Why can't Microsoft take stronger measures, like blocking the IP address of the person trying to hack in?

One option is to change your password as a precaution, but it may not solve the problem since they still don’t need it for Microsoft logins. Just hang in there!
Unfortunately, blocking the IP wouldn't help much since the person can just change it. It's annoying, but there's not much more you can do beyond what you've already done. Just keep ignoring the notifications if you can.
Is there really no way to make the notifications stop? Should I just turn them off like support suggested?
It's tough with Microsoft accounts since they often use passwordless login now. If you have the email, you can attempt to log in without needing a password, which is likely what's happening here. Changing your password won't stop them from trying, so just keep your account secure and ignore those notifications as best as you can.

Yeah, changing the password feels pointless if they can still try without it.
