Hey everyone! I'm diving into my first PC build because my old GTX 1080 laptop is finally giving up on me. I just scored an RTX 5070ti for 790€ and figured I'd build a gaming-capable rig since I'm not too excited about where console gaming is heading these days. I'm based in France and here's my current parts list along with prices from various French retailers:
- **GIGABYTE RTX 5070Ti EAGLE OC SFF**: 790€
- **AMD Ryzen 7 9700X**: 245€
- **ASRock B850-M Pro-A WiFi**: 135€
- **MSI MAG A 750GL PCIE 5 750W 80+ Gold**: 75€
- **CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz CL30 2x16GB**: 115€
- **Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2 TB M.2**: 100€
- **Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact ATX**: 57€
- **Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU Cooler**: 30€
Adding it all up, I'm at 1547€. Is this a solid build? Did I forget anything, or do you have suggestions?

Wow, how did you snag the RTX 5070ti for 790€ and the 2TB Samsung SSD for just 100€? I live in France too, and prices here seem way higher—around 850€ for the GPU and 160€ for the SSD! Any tips on where you found those deals?
I found the GPU on PcComponentes, which is a Spanish site that ships to France. They had a limited sale recently. Plus, Amazon France is running some promo codes for its 25th anniversary, so you might still catch a deal on that SSD!
