I'm experiencing an issue where my PC fans suddenly spin up really fast, and the screen goes black about every two weeks. I'm using a be quiet! 1200 watt power supply along with an MSI 3x Ventus 4090 graphics card. Has anyone experienced this before? I'd love to know if there's a potential fix for it.

It sounds like your PC might be thermal throttling. It could be worthwhile to run some stress tests and keep an eye on the system temperatures. Is this a recent build? Have you updated the cooler or repasted the thermal paste recently?
