I've used Deel when they were still called Hofy, and they switched to the Deel IT platform recently. I've found them pretty reliable for logistics, especially when it comes to collecting devices from ex-employees. We generally prefer to buy our own devices since it can be more cost-effective, but when we've purchased through them, they sourced the laptops locally.
They do source locally in some countries, but it's a bit of a gamble in India. I'd recommend reaching out to your account rep directly for a specific answer, as there might not be enough feedback on Reddit for this situation.
