I've been having an issue where my PC takes a long time to boot up, hanging on the VGA light for about 5 to 10 minutes before finally reaching the BIOS. I've tried several things like switching GPUs, resetting the BIOS settings, using an HDMI cable, and changing the GPU slot, but nothing seems to help. I'm beginning to worry it might be a problem with my CPU or motherboard, but I'm hoping to find a fix without having to replace either.

Before you go replacing parts, don’t forget to reseat your RAM. A loose stick can cause boot issues. Just be careful if one stick is under your CPU cooler!
It really sounds like your hard drive may have issues. Even if it shows up in the BIOS, it could be struggling to get to the operating system. You might want to create a Windows boot/recovery USB to check its status or just consider getting a new drive.
It sounds like your hard drive might be causing the delay. Try unplugging the data cable from the hard drive and see if your PC boots to BIOS faster. If it does, you might need to get a new drive soon.
