Hey everyone! I'm about to finish my PC build and just waiting on the release of the 9850X3D in a few days. I want this build to last at least five years, so I'm planning to get a 64GB RAM kit. In my area, I have two options that are somewhat affordable: the Kingston FURY Beast Black DDR5 64GB 6000MT/s CL30 kit, and the Kingston FURY Beast Black RGB DDR5 64GB 6000MT/s CL36 kit, which is about 40 euros cheaper. I'm using an Asus Tuf B850 Plus WiFi motherboard and I'm a 4K gamer. The CL30 kit has some downsides, as it's not listed as supported on my motherboard and it runs at a higher voltage than the CL36 kit. I'm not really into RGB or looking for a few extra FPS, so I'm leaning towards the CL36 kit. What do you all think? Thanks for your advice!

I say pick the CL30 kit. The difference in latency can actually have a significant impact on performance, and the price difference isn't that big for the benefits you'll get.
From my experience, both RAM kits will perform similarly, so just go with the one that's cheaper. Performance-wise, you won't notice much difference between the two in most scenarios.
They're definitely not identical, though. It's worth considering what you're looking for in terms of stability and future-proofing.

But what if the motherboard doesn't support it? Shouldn't that be a concern?
