I just got my first gaming PC and I'm quite new to this whole scene. I paired my Intel i7-14700F with an RTX 5060, and things have been going well so far. A few friends suggested that I run some benchmarks, specifically the 3DMark demo and Cinebench R23. My multi-core Cinebench score has been consistently around 18,000. However, when I looked up the average scores, they range from 33,000 to 35,000. Should I be concerned about this score?

Try running something like HWMonitor while running R23. That way, you can see how much power your CPU is pulling at maximum, which should be around 220W. Also, keep an eye on the maximum temperature during the test!
Make sure XMP is enabled for your RAM, it can make a difference in performance!
That score does seem a bit low. You might be experiencing throttling. What RAM and CPU cooler are you using? Also, have you been tracking the CPU temperature during the benchmarks? I would recommend checking your e-core configuration as well. That score is more in line with what I’d expect if e-cores are disabled.
I’m really new to this stuff, can you help me out with a bit more detail?
The temperatures don’t seem too high. I have T-Force 32GB DDR5 5400MHz and I'm not sure what CPU cooler I have.

Yep, XMP is enabled on my RAM.
