Having Boot Issues with My Custom PC

I'm looking for some help with a boot problem I'm experiencing on my custom-built PC. My setup includes an MSI A650BN power supply, a Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, an RTX 3060 GPU, and an MSI Gaming Gen3 B550 motherboard. I've had this PC built for over a year now, and it seems that about 1 in every 20-30 cold boots leads to it getting stuck during the startup process, with the red VGA debug light staying lit. To fix it, I usually have to power down the computer and restart it, after which it boots up without any issues. This has become quite annoying since I often forget about this quirk until it happens again after a break. I've reseated all components multiple times and even swapped out the power supply, plus I've disabled fast boot, but the problem persists. Currently, I'm testing it with only one monitor connected (one is DP and the other HDMI) to see if that changes anything, but diagnosing this is tricky since it occurs so infrequently. Any suggestions?

You might want to try plugging into the CPU's integrated graphics instead of the GPU to see if the boot issue still occurs when you restart. If it happens again, it could indicate a problem with your CPU or motherboard. If it only happens with the GPU connected, then it's likely a GPU issue or possibly a faulty motherboard.

I attempted that before without success. To replicate the issue, it seems like I really need to do a cold start; it rarely shows up with just restarts. I'm thinking about trying to start with the monitor connected to the integrated graphics and then switching to the GPU after it boots. Honestly, I might just accept that my PC has a quirky little trait and move on.
