I'm upgrading my CPU from a 3700X to a **5800X3D**, and I have an **ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 240** arriving soon. My old **Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L** just can't handle the heat of the new CPU. This is my first time installing these components since my friend helped me with the initial build.
I have a **GIGABYTE B450 AORUS PRO WIFI AM4** motherboard, but I'm having trouble finding the popular f64 BIOS update that many people recommend. Would using the f63 version be enough for gaming on my new 5800X3D? Also, the new AIO is larger—will it even fit in my case? I can share a picture if that helps!

Yeah, the f63 version is definitely a safer bet if you're concerned about the newer update causing issues. And about the cooler fitting, it really depends on the case size. If you're using a Fractal Design Meshify C, you should have plenty of room for the bigger AIO cooler without any problems!
It's usually a good idea to use the latest BIOS version, but I've heard some people say the newest ones can have issues with gaming performance. If you're in doubt, f63 should work fine as a backup. As for the AIO cooler, I can't be sure if it fits without knowing your case specifications.
