I'm planning to upgrade from my current 12th-gen i3 to an Intel i5-14600, and I'm looking for advice on cooling solutions. I want something that strikes a balance between performance and cost, so I don't want to go overboard, but I also don't want something that won't keep the CPU cool enough. Any recommendations?

A solid 120mm air cooler should work just fine. Personally, I'm a fan of Noctua coolers, although they can be a bit pricier. They offer excellent cooling performance and low noise levels.
If you're leaning towards air cooling, I'd suggest the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE V2. It’s pretty budget-friendly at about $40 and has great reviews. Can't go wrong with it!
I recommend checking out the Thermalright lineup. I’ve got the Phantom Spirit for my 14600K, and it does an amazing job. It’s not too expensive either—around $35. Really good value for the performance!
Thank you for your reply!
