How to Keep My Old Laptop Server Stable Without Disconnecting?

I've recently transformed my old Lenovo 81MV laptop into a server to host my Gitea projects since I got a new MacBook. It runs on Ubuntu 24.04 and connects to Wi-Fi as it has no Ethernet ports. However, lately, it keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi, even while I'm connected via SSH. I need to manually reconnect it using the command `nmcli device wifi connect "my SSID" ifname wlp0s20f3`. I've already disabled power saving settings and made sure it doesn't sleep when I close the lid, but I'm still facing issues. Should I consider getting a USB-to-Ethernet adapter, or does anyone have other suggestions to keep it online?

I think getting a USB-to-Ethernet adapter would be a reliable solution. It eliminates the potential Wi-Fi flakiness that can be a headache for a server. Plus, they'll work fine for the kind of tasks you're doing!
