Hey everyone! I'm excited to share my first PC build! This will be my first time assembling a PC, and I'm not sure if I've made the best choices in terms of performance, cost, and compatibility. My goal is to game at 1440p. Here's the link to my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x29xPJ. Any feedback would be awesome!

I found an alternative that might work better for your budget (assuming you're in the US). Check this out!

If I were you, I'd go for RAM at 6000MHz with CL30 for a slight edge in performance. Your GPU choice looks good, but if you can, I'd save a bit more for the 9070XT, as it has newer tech and great performance.

You should look into getting a 9600x along with a 7900xt instead; they’re usually around the same price. Plus, you could find RAM without RGB for a cheaper price—and it’ll save you some bucks.

Overall, your setup looks great for 1440p gaming! If your budget allows, consider getting the CL30 RAM version. Also, if the price is right, the 9070XT graphics card is a solid option.

You could probably swing for an 850W power supply, which is only about $10 more. While you might not need it immediately, it'll give you room for future upgrades.

You might want to consider upgrading your CPU cooler. What games are you planning to play?

I totally second that! Going for a beefier cooler is a smart move, especially for x3ds—they can run hot in demanding games.

I’m planning to game on Guild Wars 2 and Monster Hunter World.
