Hey everyone, I've just set up a new PC and connected my usual Microsoft account, which I use for gaming. I've downloaded and installed my game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, through the Microsoft Store and logged into the Xbox app. However, when I try to play, it prompts me to purchase the game again. I've already bought it and played it on my old PC and through GeForce Now, which are also linked to my Xbox/Microsoft account. I have Game Pass, too. I noticed the Microsoft Store is asking me to buy it again even though I activated my code via Instant Gaming. I've checked my account activity on Microsoft's website and it shows my code is active. I'm confused about why I can play on my old PC without issues but can't on this new one. How can I get this to work without having to buy the game again? Thanks for your help!

Sometimes, the Microsoft Store needs a bit of time to recognize your game purchases. Make sure your Windows is updated and check if there's any pending updates for the Xbox app or the Store itself. Restarting your PC after updates can help trigger the recognition of your licenses.
You might want to try synchronizing your account. Just log out and back into both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store using the same account with the Game Pass subscription. This usually solves the license issue you're experiencing.
Additionally, if you haven’t already, try clearing the cache for the Microsoft Store. This can sometimes help with weird license locking issues too.

I've tried that already, and unfortunately, it's still the same issue.
