What’s the Ideal Temperature for AIO Liquid Coolers?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out what the normal temperatures should be for my Kraken Elite RGB 360 AIO cooler. Right now, my CPU is idling at about 45 degrees Celsius, which seems high to me. During a recent stress test that lasted 12 minutes, my CPU hit a whopping 93 degrees while the liquid temperature was only at 43 degrees. Is this kind of behavior normal? I've noticed my case fans are running at 900 RPM, but they could spin faster if needed, though I'd prefer to keep them quiet. When I first built my PC, my idle CPU temp was around 32-33 for about a year and a half, but it's been rising over the last few months. I've already replaced the thermal paste and reinstalled Windows, so my system is pretty clean with just a few games and essential apps. I also clean my PC every few months. Any insights on the expected temps would be super helpful!

Your idle temps do seem a bit on the higher side, but I'd check what's happening under load as well. It's not common for thermal paste to degrade that much in just over 4 years, so it could just be that your system is running more tasks at idle now. Have you noticed any improvements after the Windows reinstall?

Thanks for the feedback! I did reinstall Windows while changing the thermal paste, so everything's pretty fresh. I've mostly been playing The Finals and TLOU 2 recently; my temps for those games range between 73-92 degrees. I'm just trying to make sure everything's okay with my settings.
