Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my computer but my budget is pretty tight, so I'm considering a Ryzen 5 5600 with an RTX 5060. I just want to know if this combo is a solid choice or if I should think about making some adjustments. If you need more info, I can share my current build too!

What games do you usually play? It’ll help in figuring out if this setup is ideal for you. And also, are the alternatives like the 9060XT 16GB or the Ryzen 5 5500 within your budget?

I mainly play CS2 and Battlefront 2, along with story-driven and AAA games. I already have the 5600, so I don't really see the need to downgrade to a 5500. As for the 9060XT, it’s a bit pricier than the 5060, but I'm considering saving up for a better option.

Honestly, upgrading from an 8GB GPU to another 8GB GPU doesn't really change much. If you're thinking about the 5060 Ti with 16GB, that might be a more beneficial upgrade for better future-proofing.

If I go for the 5060 Ti 16GB, would that be a better choice overall?

It sounds like you're wondering if the Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 5060 are a good match. They should work well together for gaming, but it depends on your gaming needs. By the way, is the 5060 the 8GB version? Also, what are you replacing with this setup?
