I've been having a frustrating issue where my PC encounters a black screen after showing the Windows loading screen. I noticed in Task Manager that my GPU wasn't being utilized at all, sitting at 0%. In an attempt to fix this, I mistakenly uninstalled the integrated graphics through Device Manager, which led to the black screen problem. Now, every time I restart, the loading screen appears and then it freezes. The only way I can access Windows is by booting into safe mode and disabling the GPU. I've tried various solutions like installing both new and old drivers, using DDU, and even unplugging the CMOS battery, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure your monitor is plugged into your GPU and not the motherboard. If it’s connected to the wrong port, that could be causing the issue.
You could also try using Recuva to recover any files that might have been affected by your changes. It's a handy tool for file recovery!
Have you considered doing a system restore? It might help revert your system back to a point when everything was working correctly. Just curious, are you on Windows 10 or 11? And do you have system restore enabled?
