Is a 650W PSU enough for an Intel i7 14700k and a GeForce 4070 Super?

Hey everyone! I'm currently using a Super Flower Leadex III Gold 650W power supply with a GeForce 4070 Super graphics card paired with an Intel i5 12400f processor. My setup includes 32GB of 3600MHz DDR4 RAM, a 2TB HDD, and a 2TB NVME M.2 drive. I'm facing some troubles with CPU-intensive games like Escape From Tarkov and League of Legends. I'm considering upgrading my CPU to the i7 14700k and want to know if my 650W PSU can handle this setup. I've got my GPU downvolted and it's been working fine, even when overclocked, but I'm worried about the power requirements since the i5 uses less wattage. Any thoughts? Thanks!

It should work, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Just to be safe, especially if you plan to push it with heavy tasks and gaming.
