Which GPU Should I Upgrade To: 7800 XT, 9060 XT, or 9070 XT?

I currently have a 6600 XT, running on a Ryzen 5 5600 with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 700W power supply. I've been experiencing some lag, especially in games like Arc Raiders. I'm looking to upgrade my GPU before making any other changes to my PC. I'm considering a used GPU and narrowing it down to the 7800 XT, 9060 XT, and 9070 XT. However, I would have to wait two months for the 9070 XT since it's newer. I usually play on low settings to maximize FPS, given that I have a 280Hz display and game at 1080p. Any recommendations on which GPU would give me the best performance?

Honestly, your current RX 6600 XT should manage Arc Raiders pretty decently. You should be hitting around 60fps on low settings, but if you want to bump up your performance, the 9060 XT is a better bang for your buck. Nvidia's 5070 is also a great alternative if you prefer their gaming experience, especially for Arc Raiders.

What about the 3080 Ti? Would that be worth considering?

I think the 9060 XT is a solid choice for your setup. It won't put too much strain on your 700W PSU. The 9070 XT might be a bit overkill unless you plan to upgrade your PSU and maybe your monitor as well down the line. Plus, since you’re gaming at 1080p, you probably won’t see that much difference in FPS with the higher-end options right away. Just my two cents!

That's good to know! I was worried about my power supply handling the more powerful GPUs.
