I've just installed a new B550 Gaming X motherboard, and after clearing the CMOS and trying to reset the firmware TPM, my PC's monitor is completely black. I can't access the BIOS or get any display. I've tried booting with minimal hardware—just the CPU, one RAM stick, GPU, and the monitor. I also switched GPU ports and cables, and they've all been confirmed to work. I cleared the CMOS a few times by removing the battery for 5 to 10 minutes. I even attempted to boot with only the essentials connected and have a BIOS USB stick in the correct port. I tried using the q-flash plus feature to force a BIOS update but the button doesn't seem to activate anything at all. Despite all of this, I still get no display and the system fails to reach BIOS or POST. This problem isn't new; I experienced it with another motherboard before, which is why I purchased this one. I'm really worried and have been troubleshooting for three months. Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated!

Check the manual for your B550 motherboard and look for any warning signs, like yellow triangles with red exclamation marks. It could point out some configuration issues you might’ve missed.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll revisit the manual. Just to clarify, I have an AMD CPU, and I made sure all my components were compatible before assembly. Everything was fine while setting up the BIOS; the trouble started when I tried to install Windows and it asked for TPM 2.0. After that, everything went haywire.
