Looking for Help Building My First Gaming PC

Hey everyone! I'm 15 and live in Brazil, and I'm building my first gaming PC. My budget is tight since money is a bit tight here, but I want something decent that can run games like Minecraft with mods and good graphics. Right now, I have an Intel i3 2120 (no dedicated GPU), 8GB of RAM, a 3TB HDD, 128GB SSD, a 350W power supply, and a basic motherboard.

I'm considering upgrading to a Knup B250 LGA 1151 motherboard (R$369), used Intel i7 6700 (R$350), at least 16GB of RAM, a 500W Duex Font 500FSE+ (R$165), and a CPU cooler (R$39).

The tricky part is choosing a GPU. I need something under R$1000 so my parents will allow me to buy it. I've looked at the nVidia Geforce Revenger GT730 4GB DDR3 (R$289) and the nVidia Geforce Vinik GTX750Ti 4GB DDR5 (R$581).

Are these good options, or do you have any better suggestions that fit my budget? Thanks!

Have you looked into AMD graphics cards? You might consider something like the RX 470 4GB. But honestly, the price for that GTX750Ti seems ridiculously high at R$581.

I checked it out, and even the used ones are going for R$590! The ROG Strix OC edition is listed at R$650. I guess that rules out the 750Ti for me since I won't get one at a good price. Plus, eBay is not an option with those shipping fees!
