TVs should ideally be placed screen-down on a flat surface or kept upright. It’s possible that lying it flat knocked a connection loose. You might want to try some light tapping on the casing (a technique often called 'percussive maintenance'). If that doesn't do the trick, you may need to open it up to check for any loose wires.
