I've been working as an Azure Sys Admin for over three years in both federal hybrid and full cloud environments, and I took a Udemy course along with a book of 500 practice questions to prepare for the AZ-104 exam. However, I was completely thrown off by the exam's format. There were only 49 questions, mainly labs and simulations, with very few multiple-choice questions. My confidence was high, but the questions were tricky, and I was not ready for the style of the exam. Can anyone recommend some reliable study resources that might better align with what I can expect for my retake? I've dedicated more than 50 hours to studying, but the material I used didn't seem to prepare me adequately, and I'm really frustrated about it.

You might want to check if your company email gives you access to https://esi.microsoft.com. It’s got some helpful resources!
Sorry to hear that you had a tough experience with the AZ-104. I found it to be one of the hardest exams too! The questions dive into specific details about Azure resources. I have a couple of tips: 1. Go through the [AZ-104 Study Guide](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ca/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/az-104#manage-azure-identities-and-governance-2025) and make sure you understand the technologies, plus try deploying them using the Azure Portal. 2. Consider using MeasureUp practice questions; they really mimic the exam's difficulty. Good luck!
