I'm working for a smaller tech company and we've just opened a new office. I'm having a tough time finding a responsive hardware vendor. I've tried reaching out to CDW for quotes, but I've been met with silence for almost two months now. Every time I connect with an account manager, they stop replying when I ask for a PDF quote for our finance team. I'm starting to lose hope with them. Are there any good vendors out there you would recommend? Also, is networkdevices.com a trustworthy option?

It sounds like you've had a rough time with CDW. I’ve personally never had any major issues getting PDF quotes from them, though. Can you share a bit more about what type of hardware you're looking for? Knowing your region would help too!
I've been trying to get some network equipment like Cisco C8200s, C9300s, and C9200Ls. The new office is located in California.
