Recently, I've noticed a new sound that resembles something like 'mouse chatter'—it's really puzzling and doesn't happen all the time, just more often than not. First, the sound could be linked to a mechanical hard drive since I see you're using one instead of an SSD. Mechanical drives can make noises when they're reading data.
