I recently upgraded my system to include an AMD 9800X3D and a 9070 XT while using an EVGA 750 BQ, 80+ PSU that I bought around five years ago. So far, everything seems to be running smoothly, but I'm thinking about overclocking a bit. Do I need a higher wattage PSU for that? Also, I'm curious if I can do anything with the integrated graphics, or should I just disable them?

If you're planning to overclock, it’s a good idea to upgrade your PSU. A 750W might be pushing it, especially as it ages. Consider getting at least an 850W gold-rated PSU. As for the integrated graphics, if your CPU has them, you could potentially use them for certain features like lossless scaling, which might help with frame generation. But honestly, with your new GPU, you probably don't need to worry about that right now.
