I'm wondering if I should go ahead and remove McAfee WebAdvisor from my system. If I do, would it be enough to rely on the built-in Windows security options instead?

Definitely uninstall it! Most of the time, third-party antivirus programs can be more of a hassle than help, and they may include unwanted ads or scams. The built-in Windows Defender does a pretty solid job on its own.
So, you think using only Windows security is enough? I'm a bit hesitant.
