I recently powered on my old iPhone 4, which surprisingly still works! While I can access the camera roll and view my photos and videos, I'm unable to open my downloaded apps. This is frustrating because I need to get into a book app to find a book I read years ago, back when I used the phone regularly. The device seems stuck in 2015 since it hasn't updated or connected to the internet since then. I've noticed that the apps actually start to load; I can see parts of the Harry Potter book I was reading and the splash screens of some games, but they shut down before I can use them. Is there any way to fix this issue, or am I out of luck?

I get your frustration! It might not be a support issue, but there's a chance those apps are just outdated now. Since your phone acts like it's still in 2015, try resetting it settings or looking for updates, but I can't guarantee it will fix anything.
Unfortunately, there's not much you can do. Since your iPhone 4 hasn’t received any updates in years, the apps likely won’t function properly anymore. Most apps have moved on with newer software, and the iPhone 4 simply isn’t supported anymore.
