Why does my mouse stutter in a specific area of my screen?

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue where my mouse stutters only when I move it over a certain area on my monitor. This happens in the bottom right portion, and it consistently stutters whenever I touch the edges of that invisible box. I thought it might be related to some background applications, but even after closing everything, the problem persists. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

One thing you can try is to keep the task manager open while you test that area of the screen. Sort the processes by resource usage to see if any specific app or process spikes when the stutter occurs. It might help you pinpoint the source of the issue.

I’m not entirely sure why this happens, but the first thing I’d suggest is testing with another monitor. If the problem doesn't show up on the other screen, it might be something specific to your current monitor.
