I'm having an issue with my setup where one of my monitors turns on but stays completely black. I've tried a bunch of solutions such as holding down the power button to restart, resetting the graphics with Windows, using the ctrl + shift + B method, and even adjusting the display settings with Windows P to extend my monitors. I've also swapped the DisplayPort connections, but the same monitor continues to show a black screen. The baffling part is I can still drag tabs to it, which suggests it's on, but I just can't see anything.

Is your black screen monitor the main display? Sometimes when extending displays, the main screen issue can cause secondary monitors to go blank. If you're already logged in and it's still black, I'd recommend checking the display settings again to see if the monitor is recognized but set to a lower resolution or refresh rate, which might make it appear black. Also, try a different cable if you have one handy!
Have you tried plugging the monitor into a different port or using a different cable entirely? Sometimes the ports can act up, and switching them out can do the trick. If the monitor's showing signs of being connected (like showing the mouse cursor when you drag it over), it could be a problem with the monitor itself rather than a connection issue.
