Hey everyone! I recently made the jump from Intel to AMD, upgrading from an Intel i9 14900K and an Asus Prime Z790-P motherboard to an Asus ROG Strix X870-A Gaming WiFi with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. However, since the switch, my RTX 4090 is throwing an Error Code 43 in Device Manager, and I can't seem to get the Nvidia drivers to install correctly. I've already tried a bunch of things like using DDU in Safe Mode to wipe the old drivers, installing both the latest and previous Nvidia drivers, reseating my GPU, and even doing a clean reinstall of Windows—both versions 10 and 11. No success so far! Has anyone dealt with this issue after switching from Intel to AMD? I would really appreciate any advice or solutions you might have! Thanks!

You might want to consider reinstalling Windows again. Sometimes a clean install is what it takes to shake off those pesky issues after a platform change.
Thanks for the suggestion! I actually already tried reinstalling Windows — both Windows 10 and Windows 11 — but unfortunately the issue persists on both.
