Why am I getting low FPS with low CPU and GPU utilization in Apex Legends?

Hey everyone! I've been experiencing low FPS issues while playing Apex Legends. When I drop into the game, I see around 80-90 FPS, which jumps to 110-120 FPS during fights. However, my CPU and GPU utilization is only around 40-50%, with all CPU cores hitting about 70%. I've got 10GB of RAM in use out of a total of 16GB, and temperatures seem normal. I'm puzzled as to what could be causing this bottleneck. Shouldn't I be able to hit my monitor's refresh rate of 165Hz if my CPU and GPU aren't being fully utilized? Here's my setup:

- RTX 2070 Super
- Core i5 12400F
- 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM
- H610M K DDR4 Rev 2 motherboard

Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause performance issues. Have you checked that? Also, lowering in-game graphics settings slightly could help you reach higher FPS if nothing else works.

Have you checked whether you’re using one or two RAM sticks? Sometimes, if you’re only using one, it might affect performance. It's generally better to use dual-channel memory if your motherboard supports it.
