Recommendations for Graphics Cards Under $270

I'm on the hunt for a graphics card that costs no more than $270. Right now, I'm stuck with my PC's built-in graphics, which makes gaming nearly impossible since it's about as effective as the super old laptop I've been dragging around for years. I'm looking for any suggestions that can help me upgrade my gaming experience!

If you're really tight on budget, an older card like a 980 Ti can often be found for around $100. I had a good experience gaming with it, even on newer titles—it can still hold its own for casual gaming.

If we're talking about USD here, I'd recommend checking out a used GTX 3070. It's a great bang for your buck, and it should really step up your gaming experience from where you're at now! Some say you might even land a used 4060 at that price, which could be worth considering for its efficiency.

Totally backing the GTX 3070! I've got one, and it handles modern games way better than my previous setup. Just make sure it's in decent condition if you're buying used!

Another one to consider is the RX 6700 XT; it's worth checking out as well if you're open to both NVIDIA and AMD options. It's typically around the same price range, and it performs well in most titles!

Yes! I've seen decent deals on the 6700 XT. It's a good alternative if you can't snag a 3070.

Have you looked into the Intel Arc B580? If you can find it available near you, it could be a solid choice for your budget. Plus, it's a new card, so potential longevity could be on your side.

In the long run, you might want to consider saving a bit more for a newer generation card like the 4060 Ti or even the 7800 XT, though it’ll stretch your budget. They're a bit more expensive but could last you longer in terms of performance and features like DLSS. Just see what fits your needs best!
