I'm really fed up with Windows 11, especially since the updates have messed up my gaming experience. I'm thinking of switching to Linux and I've heard that Zorin OS is a popular choice for users looking for a Windows alternative. I've seen a lot of buzz around it lately, and it looks great! However, I'm also interested in exploring other Linux distros that might be better for both gaming and work. What do you all suggest?

I gave Zorin a shot for a bit and it’s nice, but I had the best experience with Linux Mint. It's user-friendly, pretty easy to navigate if you're not keen on the command line, plus it has a software manager like an App Store. As a long-time Windows user, I adapted pretty well to Mint!
Before you make the switch, it might be a good idea to try booting Linux from a USB stick first. That way, you can get a feel for it without making any permanent changes. Just a heads up, you might run into some driver issues along the way.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely check out Linux Mint next.
