To better understand your needs, what do you primarily want your setup to handle? While your build seems solid, I'd suggest considering an 800-watt 80+ Gold PSU that's only a few bucks more; it’s a good investment. Additionally, I'd recommend the RX 5800 XT, as it comes with a cooler included, so you'd save on buying one separately. With these adjustments, you should stay within budget!
