I'm currently using an i3 10105F paired with a GTX 1070 Ti, and I'm thinking about upgrading my GPU to an RTX 2080 Ti this summer. I'm debating whether to invest more money in an i5 13400F, which is quite a bit pricier, or save money with an i5 11400F. What do you all think?

I would go with the i5-11400F. It's a great upgrade from the i3 and won't cost you an arm and a leg. It'll pair nicely with that RTX 2080 Ti. My daughter has an i5-10400F with a 4070 and 32GB RAM, and it handles 1440p without any issues. I’m even planning to upgrade her to an i7-10700 soon.
