Why is my Windows 11 gaming laptop so slow after a factory reset?

I recently factory reset my Windows 11 gaming laptop, but now it's running really slowly. Programs take about 5 seconds to open after I click on them, and games are lagging terribly. I've already tried several optimization tutorials, but they mostly cover things I've already done. I'm not super tech-savvy, so I'd appreciate a simple explanation of why this is happening. Thanks!

Make sure you've updated all the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website. Missing drivers can cause performance issues after a reset.

Hey! Can you tell me what steps you've taken so far to fix the issue? Also, what have you installed on your laptop after the reset? Knowing these details could help us figure out what's going on.
