I'm facing a frustrating issue trying to access my Microsoft account. I've attempted to log in on multiple devices, including my phone, Mac, PlayStation, and Xbox, but nothing seems to work. Each time I enter my email and password, I'm redirected to a page that says "let's keep your account protected" and prompts me to add a backup email. However, when I try to do that, I'm hit with an error message stating "Something Went Wrong, we're unable to accommodate your request, please contact support."
I contacted Microsoft support, but they just directed me to a website that claims there's no issue with my account. Now I'm stuck—I've tried everything I can think of, and the game support I reached out to also said it's a Microsoft issue. Does anyone have advice on how to solve this? Make sure you’re checking that recovery info is correct. Sometimes it’s a simple overlook. If the support you’re getting isn’t helping, you might want to push for an escalation in those cases; they can manually reset the info if needed.
