I'm in a bit of a crisis here. I've broken four phones over the last two years, and now my current phone (Black View model) has suddenly stopped charging. I'm freaking out and really don't want to buy a new phone. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Have you tried taking your phone to a repair shop? They can usually give you a better idea of what’s wrong and if it’s worth fixing.
Try looking at the charging port. Sometimes they get filled with lint and dust, which can prevent the charger from making a good connection. Just a quick clean might help!
I checked, and it didn’t look blocked. It just stopped charging all of a sudden.
If all else fails, for safety, don’t charge your phone right now. If it short-circuited, it could be a fire hazard. It might be wise to take it to a repair shop to see what’s going on without risking more damage.
Does your phone support wireless charging? If it does, you might want to give that a shot while figuring out what's wrong with the charging port.
Make sure to check your charger and cable first! They’re usually cheaper to replace than the phone. If those work on another device, then your phone might be the issue.
I used the same charger on my Switch, and it worked just fine.

But isn't that kind of pricey?
