I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC where it randomly freezes, and I can't seem to pinpoint what's causing it. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 7500F, RX 9070 XT, and 16GB of RAM powered by an 850w 80 Gold PSU. The freezes happen even during simple tasks like browsing or just being on the desktop, lasting about 2 to 3 seconds before it comes back to life, sometimes causing some software to restart. I've replaced both the GPU and CPU twice, and the temperatures look normal. Stress tests go fine as well, but I'm still on the same Windows installation without a clean reinstall. Could this be driver-related, an issue with Windows, or something else entirely?

It sounds like your power supply might be worth checking out. Make sure your Enermax Revolution D.F. 850w is functioning properly, as a failing PSU can lead to these kinds of issues.
You might want to check your RAM even further. Use a tool like MemTest86 to confirm it’s functioning correctly. Even if it seems fine, there could be intermittent issues.
I’d suggest doing a fresh install of Windows. Sometimes, lingering issues can be fixed with a clean slate, and it might help resolve the freezing.
