Trouble Connecting Desktop to Internet: Wifi and Ethernet Issues

I'm having an issue with my desktop not connecting to the internet, either through WiFi or Ethernet. My other devices, like my Thinkpad, iPad, and iPhone, are working fine on the network, but for some reason, my desktop won't connect. I even tried doing a network reset, but that didn't help. I could really use some advice on what to check or try. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like there could be something wrong with your computer settings or possibly the router. Do you have any specific drivers installed for your desktop? When you set up your internet, was it done by you or someone else? If it was someone else, did they set it up for maximum security?

Thanks for responding! Sorry for not being more detailed. I’m still learning about PC stuff. I figured out that my VPN's kill switch was causing the issue. Appreciate your help!
