I've been troubleshooting my girlfriend's Samsung Galaxy A33, and it just won't connect to the internet. We've already tried some basic fixes like toggling it off and on, enabling airplane mode for a few seconds, and making sure it's updated to the latest version. Even Bluetooth isn't working. Does anyone have additional suggestions, or should we think about taking it to a professional?

You might want to try forgetting the network on her phone. After that, consider setting a static IP and changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1. Sometimes that resolves connection issues pretty well!

Just a heads up, if you can’t even see any networks to connect to, that might indicate a different problem. Maybe check if the Wi-Fi is turned on or if there's a hardware issue.
