Hey everyone! I'm about to order some parts for my new PC build and wanted to get your thoughts on it before I hit purchase. Here's what I've got:
- **GPU:** Power Color OR ASUS PRIME RX 9070XT
(PowerColor is cheaper, but I've read about coil whine issues.)
- **CPU:** Ryzen 7 9800x3d
- **Motherboard:** GIGABYTE B850 Aorus Elite WiFi7
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit
- **Case:** Fractal Design Meshify 3 (black, no window)
- **PSU:** SeaSonic CORE V2 GX 850 (850w 80+ Gold)
- **Case Fans:** Comes with 3x140mm front fans, plus I'm adding a 5 pack of Arctic P14 140mm fans.
For storage, I've got a Samsung 980 Pro and WDBLACK SN850X from an old PC that I'll swap in later.
I have a few specific questions:
1. Can someone confirm if everything will fit nicely? I'm especially worried about the CPU cooler colliding with the RAM.
2. Should I choose PowerColor or ASUS for the GPU? Is the extra $80 for ASUS worth it considering coil whine stories?
3. Do 140mm case fans fit in the back? I've heard you usually need 120mm, but this 5 pack is just too good of a deal!
Thanks for any help!

Everything looks solid! If the RAM does get in the way of your cooler, you can always adjust the fan height on the heatsink to avoid any collisions. As for the GPU, coil whine can be pretty hit or miss regardless of brand, so it might not be a deal-breaker. Also, according to the manual, your Meshify 3 can actually support up to 10x 140mm fans, so you're good there!

Awesome, thanks! Is there a specific aftermarket bracket you'd recommend for adjusting the cooler?
