I'm having trouble with my Lenovo Legion 5i laptop, which is about three years old. It won't turn on, and the charging indicator LED isn't showing any signs of life. This has happened before, and usually, I could fix it by completely draining the battery and holding the power button, or by leaving it charging for a day. Unfortunately, none of these methods are working this time. When I hold the power button down, I can hear a clicking sound every five seconds. I also noticed that when I gently shook the laptop, the charging indicator flickered on, but it's very faint and I can only see it clearly in the dark. Any advice on what to do next?

It might be time to consider getting a new laptop since this one seems to be showing its age. It's understandable that you want it to last through your last semester, but if it's been acting up, it could be a sign of bigger issues. Just keep in mind to back up your files before it gives out completely!

Totally agree! If you can, try to remove the internal storage to recover any data before it shuts down for good.
