I have a 500 GB SSD that's almost full, and Windows isn't clear about what's taking up so much space. My personal files only add up to around 50 GB. I'm looking for software that can help me pinpoint exactly which files or programs are using space, rather than just providing a generic overview like the built-in disk cleaner.

You might want to consider Directory Report as well—it shows detailed disk usage and even identifies duplicate files.
TreeSize is another solid choice for visualizing disk usage.
I also recommend WinDirStat or Wiztree! Both are great options for disk analysis.
WinDirStat is a fantastic tool for this! It's free and lightweight. You just point it at the drive, and it gives you a visual map showing what types of files are taking up the most space. For instance, I recently noticed a large blue block representing some video files, which was useful since those files can be really big. It also provides details on percentages of disk usage by application, media, etc.
Wiztree is actually even faster and does the same job! I used to love WinDirStat but switched to Wiztree after trying it out. It's super quick!
Thanks! I'll definitely check it out.

Thank you for the suggestion!
