Hey everyone! I'm running low on storage as I play a few AAA games that take up a lot of space, and I'm looking to expand my storage. Ideally, I'm looking for a solid-state drive with a capacity between 1 to 2TB, and I want to keep it under £200. Any suggestions on good SSDs that are affordable and reliable? Thanks in advance!

Prices are rough, but I'd recommend the WD SN580 2TB if you primarily need it for game storage. It’s a decent SSD for the price, about £199. For 1TB options, Kioxia Exceria Pro G2 and Lexar Professional NM1090 PRO are solid picks, especially if you want something with better performance.
You should check out this 2TB drive from Crucial. It's well-reviewed and goes for around £200. Also, if you're considering a 1TB option, the Kioxia drive is a solid choice too. Both are pretty reliable for gaming storage!
The upgrade timing is tricky right now. Prices for decent 1TB drives are climbing past $200 in the States, so it might be a bit higher in Europe. Just a heads up!
I’m hoping to find something cheaper since I’m a student right now.
I just checked again and can’t believe how the prices have gone up! The same SSD I bought last year for $157 is now listed at $579. It’s wild out there!

Thanks! I’ll look into those.
