It sounds like the stuttering might not be due to your CPU since it only happens in specific games. More likely, it's an issue with drivers or game settings. Have you checked your graphics card settings and updated the drivers?
I think I figured out part of the problem. In my BIOS, there's a section under graphics info that says to select a valid GPU, and it seems my GPU isn't being detected properly.
