I unplugged my PC for three days while my brother was fixing some electrical issues in our house. Everything else is working fine now, but my PC refuses to turn on. It was perfectly fine before I unplugged it, but now it doesn't respond to the power button at all. Have you tried a different outlet? If you were using a surge protector, bypass it and plug directly into the wall. Inspect the PSU for any visible damage. If needed, you might want to borrow a power cable or PSU to test.
Have you checked the fuse on your power plug? Also, make sure that the internal power connectors inside your case are all secure. I once had a similar issue where my SSD cable came loose, and after I reconnected it, my PC booted up just fine!
