I've recently upgraded my old PC with a new PCIe 3.0 M.2 drive, but I'm having trouble getting it recognized as a bootable drive. Here are my specs: I'm running an AMD R3 3200G CPU, with 16GB of DDR4 RAM at 2400MHz. My setup includes a 512GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 SSD as my new drive alongside an old 1TB HDD. I've updated the BIOS and formatted the new drive, but despite multiple attempts to install Windows 11 via a USB stick using the Media Creation Tool, I keep getting stuck. The system doesn't seem to recognize the M.2 drive as a boot option. I've tried around twelve times now and really need some help!

Have you removed the Windows installation USB when booting? Sometimes leaving it connected can lead to the PC booting directly into BIOS instead of the installation process.

What exact issue do you encounter when installing from the USB? Is the new drive being detected at all during the setup, or are there crashes like BSODs?
