Which Component Should I Upgrade First for My PC?

I put together a prebuilt PC a couple of years ago and made some upgrades two years back. Here are the specs I currently have:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
- GPU: RX 6600 XT
- RAM: 16 GB DDR4
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle V2
- 1TB SSD for Windows and games
- 2TB HDD for work

Some of my friends mentioned that my CPU might be a bottleneck for my setup. Is that true? I'd appreciate any insights on what I should upgrade first!

Your CPU isn’t really bottlenecking the RX 6600 XT. You can check the GPU usage while gaming; if it’s close to 100%, then your GPU is what’s holding you back.

It really depends on the games you play. For competitive titles like Valorant or CS:GO, the CPU could be the bottleneck. But for more visually intensive games, your GPU is likely the main factor.

Yeah, titles like Battlefield 6 are graphic-heavy, but they still rely more on the CPU in many cases.
