Why Aren’t My Windows Games Starting on Mac?

I'm using an Intel Mac (not mine) and I installed Windows through Boot Camp because I wanted to play some games. The first month went great, but then I got an update related to Radeon or graphics, and after that, my gaming experience went downhill. My games got noticeably slower, and even platforms like Steam are taking ages to load, while other apps like Edge seem to work just fine. I've been trying to find a solution for about two weeks, but no luck. Could someone help me out?

Also, consider tweaking your graphics settings in the games. Lowering some settings can often improve performance significantly.

Have you checked if your graphics drivers are up to date? Sometimes a simple update can fix performance issues like this.

I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be outdated drivers. You might want to go to the Radeon site and download the latest drivers directly just to be sure.
